Music bands & artists
As curator of concerts, Bluebird Music requires comprehensive information about the performing music bands and artists and needs materials that comply with copyright regulations. This information is essential for promotional purposes and to inform the venues about the bands’ specific requirements.
Bluebird Music exclusively books bands listed in its Artists Management System. To be included in the Artists Management System, music bands and artists need to complete and submit the Bluebird Music Band Fact Sheet: Download in Libre office format (.odt) or MS Word format (.docx).
The payment of fees for artists is made exclusively by bank transfer and upon receipt of an invoice after the event. The invoice must include the following address: Bluebird Music ASBL / Rue Anatole-France 35 / L-1530 Luxembourg. The invoice can be sent in PDF format via e-mail to .
Concert tour operators & booking agents
- Bluebird Music plans events 8-10 months ahead.
- Bluebird Music programs jazz, blues, folk, singer-songwriters, nothing else.
- Liquid Bar fees for Bluebird Music events: Solo €200, Duo €300, Trio €450; 4tt & 5tt & 6tt etc. €600.
- No accommodation/lodging provided for musicians.
- Bluebird Music only responds to emails acknowledging these terms.
