The quintet “The Minor Majors” consists of musicians who share a passion for jazz and blues, all on a quest to explore the sounds of 1950s hard bop while infusing them with a contemporary flair. The compositions of this quintet are captivating, characterised by a musical vision rooted in joy, groove, and energy. Their original pieces are both classic and refreshingly inventive. This sound invites listeners to immerse themselves in the vibrant world of the 1950s, allowing them to experience the flamboyant and intense music from a new perspective.
