Dog & Bone (D&B) is a Luxembourgish rock/blues band founded in 2017. With solid experience in rock, blues, and pop, the musicians of D&B strive to create music open to various influences and ensure excellent connectivity with the audience, symbolised by their “howling dogs” performances. Their initial repertoire includes covers ranging from blues to jazz and rock & roll, inspired by artists such as B.B. King, John Mayer, and the Rolling Stones. Since early 2020, D&B has also been focusing on their own compositions while continuing to revisit classics. The band recorded their first professional track at Studio UNISON in early 2020, which featured on a compilation of Luxembourgish bands produced by the Blues Club Luxembourg, released at the end of 2020. The name Dog & Bone comes from Cockney slang, meaning “telephone.”
