This website is a purely informational site about Blue Bird's concerts and activities. It runs no analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking scripts, and it has no online form that submits data to us directly.

If you email us or write to us by post, we process the personal data you choose to share (for example, your name and email address) only to respond to you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling enquiries or, where relevant, to take steps at your request before you become a member (Article 6(1)(f) or 6(1)(b) GDPR).

If you become a member or donor, we process the data needed to administer your membership or donation for as long as required by our accounting and legal retention obligations under Luxembourg law (generally up to 10 years for accounting records).

Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for a limited period, for security and operational purposes, on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and functioning (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

This website does not set any cookies for visitors browsing the public site — no analytics, advertising, or preference cookies are used.

The only cookie used anywhere on this domain is a single strictly-necessary session cookie, set exclusively when a staff member logs into the password-protected content management area used to publish events and news. It is never set for public visitors and is not used for tracking. Because it is strictly necessary for that login function, no cookie consent banner is required for it under the ePrivacy rules implemented in Luxembourg.
