Following numerous musical and personal experiences in Europe and the United States with a diverse array of musicians, Vincent Thekal decided to form his new trio with two long-time friends, both of whom are highly sought-after side men on the international scene, to present this new music. Their album “Origami” is the culmination of these experiences and influences, representing a new chapter in the musical and personal life of the leader.
