Blues mit den Nightcallers im Bitburger Jazzclub
Ein Highlight steht auf dem Programm des Monday Night Jazzclubs in Bitburg und die Freunde der guten Bluesmusik werden sich freuen. Die Jazz-Initiative Eifel konnte die renommierte Luxemburger Band für diesen Abend gewinnen.
Die Nightcallers fanden 2028 bei den Blues – Sessions in Luxemburg Stadt zusammen. Mit ihrer Liebe zum Blues beleben sie das Genre mit Berts ergreifendem Gesang und Gitarre, Danierls solidem Bass und Tommys dynamischen Grooves am Schlagzeug. 20234 stieß Mat Santos mit Hammond und Bluesharp zur Band. Mit ihren Auftritten entführen sie das Publikum in das Reich des Blues und wecken tiefe Emotionen. 2024 gewannen die Nightcallers die Luxemburg Blues Challenge. Im Kaufe der Jahre haben die Nightcallers mit manchen Größen des Blues gespielt.
The Nightcallers discovered one another in 2018 during blues jam sessions in the heart of Luxembourg city. United by their passion for blues, they breathe new life into the genre with Bert’s soul-stirring vocals and guitar, Daniel’s solid bass, and Tommy’s dynamic drum grooves. In 2024, Matt Santos joined the band on Hammond organ and blues harmonica. Their captivating performances transport audiences, both at festivals and small events, to the heart of the blues, evoking deep emotions and showcasing their dedication to this timeless genre, featuring both original compositions and their interpretations of existing songs. They won the Luxembourg Blues Challenge in 2024 and had the honour of sharing the stage with greats such as Gerry Hundt (USA), Pugsley Buzzard (AUS), Kyle Jester (USA), and Marino Noppe (BE).
